Le conducteur principal et les éventuels conducteurs supplémentaires mentionnés sur le contrat de location sont les seuls autorisés à conduire la voiture de location. Ils doivent être âgés de plus de 21 ans et posséder un permis de conduire valide obtenu depuis au moins un an.
L'ajout d'un deuxième conducteur est gratuit.
Pour louer une voiture, vous devez présenter un permis de conduire et un passeport en cours de validité (les photocopies ne sont pas acceptées).
La réservation d'une voiture de location avec R Location Voiture à Marrakech ou n'importe où au Maroc vous permet de louer une voiture et des services optionnels tels que la livraison et le retour à une date et un lieu spécifiés pour une durée de location convenue.
Vous pouvez annuler votre réservation à tout moment jusqu'à 48 heures avant la date de prise en charge prévue en nous informant par e-mail ou WhatsApp.
R Location Voiture will deliver and collect your rental car at the airport, Riads, hotels, or your residence free of charge in Marrakech and with additional fees in other cities in Morocco.
It is possible to rent a car in one city and return it in another.
The rental car is provided in perfect working condition with all its equipment and necessary documents for driving in Morocco. You must return the car in the same condition it was given to you. Please thoroughly inspect the rental car and its documents before departing.
Sometimes, we may not have a vehicle of your chosen category available. In that case, we will try to provide you with a vehicle of a similar or higher category at no extra cost.
You must use the rental car in Marrakech and throughout Morocco prudently, in accordance with the law, and for lawful purposes. You must not participate in rallies with the rental car, drive on tracks if the vehicle is not an off-road vehicle, respect the laws and regulations of Morocco, lock the vehicle and leave it in a safe place when not in use, and ensure that all windows and sunroofs are properly closed. If you notice any defect in the vehicle, stop using it immediately (while ensuring your safety) and inform us right away.
Using the rental car outside Morocco is not allowed.
If you wish to extend the rental, please inform us as soon as possible. Do this before the end date and time of your rental contract, at least 24 hours in advance, and settle the cost of the additional rental days upon your return, as set by R Location Voiture.
The renter is responsible for the rented vehicle and its documents (vehicle papers) during the entire rental period. The renter is responsible for any costs incurred due to the loss of documents, accessories, or damages to the vehicle noted in their absence.
L'agence de location de voitures R Location Voiture peut refuser de vous louer un véhicule si vous adoptez un comportement discourtois ou inacceptable (tel que conduire sous l'influence de l'alcool ou de drogues, ou se comporter de manière impolie envers un représentant de l'agence).
Nous acceptons les cartes de crédit Visa et MasterCard. Vous pouvez également payer la location de voiture en espèces ou par chèque émis par une banque marocaine.
Lors de la livraison de la voiture, l'agence de location effectuera une pré-autorisation en tant que dépôt de garantie, qui représente également le montant de la franchise. Votre carte de paiement émise à votre nom et avec des fonds disponibles suffisants est utilisée à cet effet. In the event of any accident or damage to the rental vehicle, even if no third party is involved, you must immediately notify the police and R Location Voiture car rental in Marrakech within 48 hours.
If you are responsible for the theft or damage of the vehicle, you must pay the deductible amount indicated in the rental contract. Your deductible will not apply if you can prove that the damage, theft, or loss was not due to your fault, deliberate violation, fraud, or gross negligence. You must provide us with a completed amicable accident report form, including the details of other involved parties, within 48 hours of the accident. You will not be held liable for any loss or damage attributable to our failure to maintain the vehicle.
For minor damages to one of our rental vehicles, we will not charge you anything. Examples of minor damages include:

Small scratch
Stains on the seats
R Location Voiture rental cars are fully insured with a deductible amount depending on the type of vehicle:
500 euros for compact cars
1,000 euros for intermediate and family cars
2,000 euros for SUVs
2,500 euros for 4x4 vehicles
